Farewell to Chris

It’s not really goodbye, but it won’t be quite the same without Chris Anderson’s smiling face and helpful presence around the village.

So it was most fitting that staff and residents gave him a wonderful celebration to mark his move from his current position to that of electrical apprentice.

Sel presented Chris with vouchers from Bunnings to the value of $350. This amount was donated by residents. On behalf of all the residents, Sel wished him well on embarking on a new stage in his life and asked Chris to drop in at times to

say “hello”.
Lois presented Chris with a fake yellow hard hat with CHRIS’S HARD HAT on the front.
