The Elements Open Day was a great success, with plenty of interested visitors coming to look at our final stage of 3 bedroomed homes and listen to various speakers talk about travel for the over 50s.
The coffee machines were on full tilt as current residents welcomed potential new neighbours. We took small groups to see our collection of new builds – three bed homes and apartments nestled into the greenery at the edge of Daisy Hill Conservation Park.
The feedback was fantastic, with lots of interest. Well, we knew there would be. Elements is well-known for luxury third age living, and with stunning accommodation and a full daily diary, we know this is a fantastic place to come to live. There’s more information about these new homes further on in this newsletter, but they are selling more quickly than we thought. The day also included a travel expo with a number of guest speakers come to talk to about third age travel opportunities. We had representatives from Collette Tours, America Steamboat & Voyages from Antiquity, Allianz Travel Insurance, APT & Travel Marvel and Back-Roads Touring. Plenty of food for thought!
We had quite a few takers for our ‘on-the-day’ travel offers, and many visitors (and a few residents) didn’t go home empty handed. Nearly $10,000 in travel prizes were won that day!
