We recently hosted members of the National Seniors (Springwood) for lunch at our village communty centre, Club Elements. The occasion included an “exclusive” menu prepared by Elements managing director (and renown “chef”), Chiou-See Anderson.
From the empty plates and kind comments, all embraced the opportunity to taste some of the food that Elements appears to becoming famous for (I think some believe we are actually a restaurant!). The National Seniors sent us a very grateful letter:
