On a Sunday afternoon (and ending much later that Sunday evening), Elements held a designer fashion show in the community centre where residents, family and friends could bid on each item. Bidding wars were particularly fierce and furious, and extremely funny, too.
Proceeds for this charity event were collected to support Farmers in Crisis. With ticket sales, donations, bar tips and raffle tickets, Elements was proud to hand over more than $2600 to this important cause. As the line for purchases was so long and the charity is a well-known and well-supported one in the Elements community there’s already talk of another fashion event later in the year.
