Blue Care Springwood Community Centre are opening a nursing clinic at Elements this Winter. A Registered Nurse will attend the village once a month to see residents and answer any health related queries.Blue Care offer a range of services. At the monthly clinics, Blue Care will be able to assist residents with:
- Blood Pressure checks
- Blood glucose monitoring
- Simple wound care
- Continence issues
- Administration of medications (eg injections).
The monthly clinics aim to promote health and well-being and provide a simple, on site service for residents of the Elements village. The Registered Nurse will work with your regular health practitioner (GP) to help maintain your optimal health and lifestyle.
