Residents, family and friends, prospective residents and members of the general community gathered to welcome in the Chinese New Year at the end of February.
Of course, there was the usual huge task of preparing for the event and catering for over 200 people. Well done to Chiou See, her family and staff, and residents who helped this all come together.
We did hear Chiou See vow to use caterers next time, or was it last year she said that?
While the setting was lovely on a clear, pleasant evening on Serene Ave, there’s no doubt the new Community Centre would make everything so much easier for all. It was obvious that the youngsters had a great time, exploring the new water course, making new friends, and… wow… receiving their very own special gift too!
