Pre-start planning meeting for the Stage 2 of road construction at ElementsElements management have appointed local civil construction company, B&L Civil to begin preparing the site for Stage 2 of the retirement village. A pre-start meeting was held on site with preparations in full swing for immediate commencement of roadworks and other civil tasks.
