Elements Retirement Living @ Springwood, recently welcomed new residents to the village, Tony and Lois. We asked them to share a little about themselves…Hi there, Lois and Tony with a brief history of our lives in Australia. We both emigrated in 1972 from opposite end of the earth. Tony from Detroit USA & Lois from Yorkshire England and eventually fate brought us together in 1981. We came with a boy and a girl each, and was it fun raising four teenagers!!! We now have six grandchildren (NO MORE PLEASE).
Why did we choose Elements? Our first impression was a lasting one, the roominess of the units, interior and exterior design fittings, of course the environment, who would know we were only twelve minutes from our previous and yet surrounded by forest and nature.
Lastly but not least we found all the staff and current residents so helpful and friendly and we felt at home within the first few days of arriving.
We both made three great decisions in life, 1. Moving to Australia 2.Marrying each other and 3. Moving to Elements.
