The Elements Lifestyle

Community Centre

Last year, the village saw the completion of their new community centre featuring a dance hall, gym, library, beauty salon, a bar (of course), activity rooms and an adjoining outdoor swimming pool and 10-person spa.

The community centre is one of the largest and most lavish centres we’ve ever seen. As you walk in, to the right you’ll see the wellness, fitness and pamper sections of the centre.

The outdoor pool and spa are the perfect size for residents to sit back and relax (bubbly in hand) and the gym is well-equipped for yoga, stretching and general fitness. There are also a range of fitness classes available to residents, such as aqua aerobics.

Adjoining the gym is a beauty salon for hair and makeup and a massage room for a relaxing pamper day. They have absolutely everything you need to relax and we wanted in!

Within the largest part of the centre, where dance classes and events are held, there’s a library with a very comfortable looking lounge area, a bar for Friday night drinks and a large kitchen for events and cooking demonstrations, as well as a few extra rooms for activities and games like crafts, mah-jong and chess.

So, can we sign up yet?

Homes

Next on the agenda was taking a peak at the display homes.

Elements offer a combination of spacious two bedroom and three bedroom single level homes with garden and apartment options. All the homes are stairs and step free!

We took a look at the various styles of homes, and we were pleasantly surprised by each of the layout.

The living and dining areas were spacious and the kitchen had suitable bench space for cooking up those feasts when family comes over.

The master bedrooms had large walk-in robes and beautifully designed ensuites (bigger than most suburban homes) and the remaining rooms were the perfect size for family or friends sleep-overs or a study.

The garden home had a gorgeous backyard patio for an outdoor setting and a front courtyard garden for residents gifted with a green thumb. The apartment home had spacious balconies one of which would comfortably house a 6-seater table setting and a few plants, and had sweeping views of Daisy Hill forest.

Let’s just say, at this stage the South City Bulletin team were ready to move in! We had one more place to visit though.

Zen Garden

Elements also has a Japanese-inspired zen garden for residents to wander and ponder, and it is very relaxing. Featuring 2 waterfalls, walk bridges, ponds and an undercover patio for catch-ups, this garden is absolutely magical.

Wandering through, you can hear the trickling sounds of the waterfall and the native birds chirping. It’s the perfect garden to indulge in some reading or simply relax.

Elements has so much to offer, we found that out ourselves! We absolutely loved touring the village, and can’t wait to see what else Elements has in store for its community this year.
