Anglicare South Region has partnered with Elements Retirement Village to provide home assistance and nursing care to their residents in the comfort of their own homes.From 1st February 2013, all new residents will be able to avail themselves of Anglicare’s health and wellbeing assessment prior to moving into their homes. Upon completing the assessment, staff from Anglicare will advise and assist residents in accessing government funded packages to enable them to remain independent in their homes whilst achieving a high level of wellbeing.
Elements Retirement Village is the first village to partner exclusively with Anglicare in providing holistic seniors care in beautiful, well designed homes.
