Welcome Message From Elements Managing Director and Founder, Ms Chiou See Anderson

Hello, and welcome to Elements Retirement Living. Our village, nestled amidst the eucalypt trees of the Daisy Hill forest, is located in Springwood, a southern suburb of Brisbane in Queensland, Australia. We are approximately 21km from the Brisbane CBD and 53km to the Gold Coast.

The Elements retirement village and community will include 125 single storey villas (48 currently built as at Aug 2015) hidden amongst our spacious 48,100m2 of land. The village includes a community / wellness centre, zen garden and close proximity to a range of shops, cafes, hospitals, golf courses, major shopping centres, local pubs and clubs, schools, places of worship, public transport and personal services and amenities. The site where Elements is today was formerly the John Paul College playing fields and backs on to the Daisy Hill State Forest.

The community is owned and operated by Elements Third Age Living @ Springwood Pty Ltd as trustee for The Chiou See Investment Trust and as trustee for The Barclay Elements Trust.
